Placed between the union house and the secondary school in a generous open space, the hall puts new measures to the place. The strict volume receives tension and vitality by asymmetrical openings, by the clothing with slate also noblesse and restrained specific feature. From the double-square plan, the coherences in spaces and cross section, up to the window divisions and slate divisions clear and exact proportions. Only one low shaded glass tape with a grid roof opens to the south, to the north the high tape window dominates in front of the timbered bearers of the hall ceiling, in the east a 2-storey showcase celebrates the main entrance and the gallery stair.
