The existing storage building for the former iron and coal company Pircher served as a screw storage till the end of the 1980-s. The first level was led back on his original structure and was released from districting installations. By the reduction on the absolutely necessary redevelopment measures the structure of the room remained readable. All existing parts of the building are provided with white surfaces. The installations for the new uses are differentiated in material and colour. Current use: architecture office.
