This marks the beginning of construction work, which is expected to be completed by August 2027. The SZU II is based on an innovative concept of a &#8220;learning village,&#8221; where four buildings are arranged around a central &#8220;village square.&#8221; These buildings will accommodate secondary education (including middle school and secondary school), a vocational maturity school (BMS), a triple sports hall, and shared spaces for subjects such as technology, design, and natural sciences. The buildings harmoniously blend into the surrounding environment through their tiered heights and connections to outdoor spaces. The project is characterized by high flexibility and openness to future developments. The spatial concept is based on a cluster principle, which brings together four classrooms into a cohesive area.
