Lauterach Lerchenpark Housing
The existing situation is stamped by the situation of the property between the village centre and the railway station on the former area of the Hoell machine factory. The adjustment of the former factory halls defined the structure of the closer surroundings. The new development in the form of five staggered buildings takes over the structure of the surroundings and follows the form of the site. The staggering of the volumes creates a maximum of light incidence, open and green spaces and integrates the surroundings into the structural system optimally. The housing project is built in the passive house standards, the whole area is completely car-free.
